We’re delighted to invite current members of the Academic and Special Libraries Section to join us on Thursday 26th November 2027 at 6.30pm for a guided tour of The Jeanie Johnston Tall Ship. The tour will last approximately 40 minutes.

Follow in the footsteps of those who fled the Famine to North America on board the Jeanie Johnston, a replica famine ship situated in Dublin’s Docklands. Hear the remarkable stories of the thousands of Irish people who embarked on a treacherous voyage in the hope of a better life.

Registration is free and open to current A&SL members but spaces are limited.
